Systemic Constellations with Svagito Liebermeister
Organizational constellation work is a unique, clear and efficient way to understand the relationship dynamics inside a group, team or company! Facilitated and taught by Svagito, a constellation session makes it obvious what dynamics lead to failure and what promotes success. Success is only possible when one understands and respects the hidden systemic laws that operate within a group of people.
This workshop is a rare opportunity to get to work for one day directly with the internationally renowned psychotherapist, author and long term meditator Svagito Liebermeister who specializes in systemic constellation work and teaches this in 15 countries, usually focusing on longer trainings. He will demonstrate how one can directly identify the roots of a problem if one understands the systemic structure of a team, company or market – for example why a company is not booming, customers are drifting away, or why innovation and creativity is at a low ebb.
Issues presented by a number of people in the group will be examined and explored, using systemic constellation as a method. Anyone joining the group can apply to present their issue and get Svagito’s guidance and insight into their specific situation.
Svagito’s teaching, as well as the observation, participation and sometimes functioning as a representative in a constellation session, will allow everyone present to learn in a practical and experiential way about how the systemic laws influence us all and the groups and organisations that we are part of.
Participants will also have the opportunity to examine and dissolve personal issues regarding their work, creativity, business or money. These issues often have their roots in unresolved family dynamics that can affect many generations.
The work of systemic constellations was originally developed by Bert Hellinger and is now used with great success all over the world in the field of therapy and healing, as well as in the corporate world, for example in companies like Daimler-Chrysler, IBM and BMW.

10.00 - 13.00: Workshop session with Svagito
13.00 - 14.00: Lunch
14.00 - 17.00: Workshop session with Svagito
17.15 - 18.30: Osho Kundalini Meditation for those who wish
Participant price, including lunch and fika: 1900 SEK + 25 % VAT (2375 SEK)
Client price: An additional 5000 SEK + 25 % (6250 SEK) is charged for those who get a constellation session as part of this workshop. Any participant is welcome to apply to have their constellation facilitated by Svagito in the group!
